Some more sad news to all draughts and
checkers players. Frank Moran just informed on the sudden passing of Con Boyle.
He was due to play in the Scottish Open the following week (September 8
th to 12th 2025, Royal British Legion Hall, Stonehaven, Scotland). All the best of wishes to all that had the good fortune of
knowing him and his family. Con Boyle was a rated Master and his last tournament was 2025 Sammy Cohan
